Becoming the HULK --(A Work in Progress)




So much as changed in the past three months. After a brief hiatus from the gym because of issues seemingly beyond my control I was finally able to secure a membership with another gym with better facilities. I'm happy to announce that my trips to the gym have begun to pay off. Not only have I gone from 315lbs. to a more svelte and muscular 270lbs. I have also lost that fat pad above my penis. My penis looks a little bigger in comparison. All that stomach fat seemed to be suffocating my package. That loss of fat on my abdomen makes a huge difference, I mean I can even SEE the beginning of my obliques! I haven't seen those in years I'm actually preparing a room for them to stay with fresh sheets. My exercise routine always consists of 30 minutes of cardio after my weight training. I usually do 250-400 reps on various ab machines including 100 leg raises in a roman chair. I spend more time in the gym than I like. Like 2-3 1/2 hours. Seriously. My goal is to get down to a lean and muscular 230lbs and nothing's gonna stop me from reaching my goal. I'm addicted to getting fit and looking good. More to come...
