Recently, I've been taking it easy because of a small ulcer that opened up near the circumsicision scar under my penis' head. I admit I got a little too eager despite the fact that I began to feel the skin in that area get a little itchy after stretching. When using silicone sleeves you really need to apply a liberal amount of cocoa butter or vitamin E oil to keep the skin moist and prevent stretch marks. I made sure not to scratch but I did rub the affected area while washing with a cloth. After a day or two I decided to pump in my 2" cylinder for a while. Bad idea.
