Stretchin' ain't easy

Above is a photo of the Redi-stretcher, a device that acts as a sort of clamp that you hang weights onto. You can find out more at www.redi-stretcher.com. I’ve been looking into other stretching devices because for some reason I think this will stretch the tunica and other hidden ligaments better than the staticstretcher I already use. I’d like to think that using a hanger with weights will be much like when you use free weights in the gym compared to a weight machine. When you use free weights you get more range of muscle development because the exercise movement is not isolated concentrating on one specific area. I've also been looking into a new exercise routine to improve my results. I was reading a few PE forums and came upon one post that was the source of inspiration.

I am pleased to say that after 3 ½ months of consistent PE, I have increased my erect length and girth. By none bone pressed length before PE was 8 inches and 8.25 inches bonepressed. Erect mid shaft girth was 5.25 inches and base girth was 5.5 inches in circumference.
My new measurements as follows.
None bone pressed length is now: 8.49 inches (Just a hair under 8 ½ inches nbpl).
Bone pressed length is now: 8 and 3 quarter inches. ( Just a quarter inch from 9 inches).
Midshaft girth is now: 5.4 inches around.
Base girth is now: 5.7 inches around.
I have been doing constistent PE for nearly 4 months now.
First two months routine was as follows.
Monday,Wednesday,Friday
Dip penis in glass of warm water for 10mins
Manual stretching for 15 mins
2 sets of pumping at 4-5gs for 15min each
dip penis in glass of warm water for 5mins
Tuesday and Thursday
Warm up with glass of warm water 10 mins
Just 15 minutes of manual stretching
Saturday and Sunday was rest.
After 2 months my pump broke so I started clamping and still do this routine today, which is below.
Monday,Wednesday,Friday
Dip penis in glass of warm water for 10mins
Manual stretching for 15 mins
6 sets of 5 minute clamping and edging with 3-5 mins rest in between sets
dip penis in glass of warm water for 5 mins.
Tuesday and Thursday
10 mins warm up
15-20 mins manual stretching
Saturday and Sunday (rest)
That's pretty good for consistent PE but I'm going to alter this routine to fit my stretching routine which can go anywhere from an hour to 4 hours depending on my comfort level. I'm still having difficulties adjusting to the silicone sleeve that stretches my penis forward. I realize now I have to moisturize liberally after using the heavy duty staticstretcher to keep the skin from being irritated by the silicone. And to think just 15 years ago the medical industry was putting this stuff in women to make their tits bigger, ouch!
